The map Kusadasi shows that this Turkish resort is located on the shore of Aegean Sea. A good landmark for walking around the city is Pigeon Island, which is located off the sea coast. To the north of it is the cruise port, Kusadasi seafront and city center with its attractions. To the south is the famous Ladies Beach. Directly above the island hangs another good landmark – Mount Kese with colorful houses at its top and an observation deck with the Ataturk monument at the top of the mountain .

If you are interested in a beach holiday, then a detailed map of the location of local beaches can be found on Masha Pasha’s website in a separate article: Kusadasi beaches. Here we just note that there are few of them in the city itself; they are mostly located outside the city limits.

The old city center of Kusadasi consists entirely of narrow ancient streets and for walking around the city you simply cannot do without a map. On our map of Kusadasi this area is enlarged in a separate window. A good landmark here is the central pedestrian boulevard of Barbarossa, which stretches from the embankment past the castle Caravanserai into the depths of the old city. Here you can see several mosques, ancient houses and Grand Bazaar – the central city large market (in fact, this is the entire city center ).

The map of Kusadasi shows that Turgut Ozala Boulevard, running at a distance from the sea, is a kind of ring road that runs along the entire resort. The city’s central bus station is located on it, and intercity buses depart along it in the direction of the Long Beach (to the south) and Ephesus (to the north).

Taxi stations and main public transport bus stops are marked with an asterisk on the map.

The terrain in Kusadasi is a bit mountainous, so for long trips around the city it is better to use public transport.
