The second large shopping center Burgas Plaza is located in the Izgorev district, on Transportna street, a kind of district of Burgas. Previously, Burgas Plaza also housed a large Carrefour hypermarket, but after its bankruptcy in Bulgaria in 2015, it closed.
Near Burgas Plaza at st. Stefan Istanbulov, 103 there is a largeMetro hypermarket. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can enter here with your card, they will issue you a local Bulgarian one-time pass. Also in the neighborhood there are grocery stores Lidl, Billa and the Technomarket hardware store.

Shopping in Burgas can also be done on the central pedestrian street of the city Aleksandrovska (and the adjacent pedestrian streets). There are mainly restaurants and cafes here, not large shops of souvenirs and Bulgarian products, as well as shops with goods made in Turkey and China. To buy groceries from here, it is better to go to the central bus station, where Billa and Lidl are located.
